The funny thing China is NOT our friends they are using us and the rest of the world. China and Russia have spent billions in buying up the worlds resources, spent huge amounts on weapons that they refuse to admit they have (btw) and they ARE the world leader in optics and high energy laser technology that the keep very secret). They are out in front in cyber warfare- Guess what if it comes to war they can blind our assets and bring our infrastucture down.
