I had a problem with my outboard last year caused by ethanol, that resulted in having three carburetors rebuilt. The mechanic at the marina recommended Star Tron Gasoline Additive made by Star Brite. One bottle treats 256 gallons. So I add the Star Tron to any can of gas I buy for the boat, lawnmower, chainsaw etc. Its working fine so far.
