Regardless of the governing forces that buy, hire, and fire you ( no pun intended) the upper manangment never has a clue what you need and how you do you job thats they way it is > what you must NOT do is let them demoralize you ! sometimes i had to put a 7/8 wrench on a 13/6 nut ,you have to do what you have to do, to get the job done same as same in all works of life .But the minute you thinking about the upper echelon and NOT what you doing you will soon trip on stick savvy and then morale takes a dip and the team is not so sharp anymore > rule of the game stay focused do the best you can do with what you have and if the pay check clears it a bonus > remember when some dials nine eleven you get there or die trying thats being a profession that separates you from all others > i have the greatest respect for all fire fighters pro and V F ~ Copey
