Ben Bernake Chairman of the Fed has said that they are prepared to extend the use of Quantative Easing (QA).
QA is when the government runs the printing press at the Treasury wide open so that the government can buy it's own debt, because the Chinese and the Euros and the Saudis have stopped buying it.
I have moved all of my 401s out of the stock and bond market. I believe the stock market is about to slump back to 5,000 or below and the soverign debt crisis will soon make bonds worth the papaer they are printed on. And no, I don't believe that gold is going stratospheric, although conditions are right for it to do so.
The Fed is warning against deflation, but their actions are inflationary. If hyper inflation sets in I will take all of my cash and purchase as much real estate as possible. People still got to live somewhere and they still got to eat.
Also, I am laying in a several months supply of food in case of disruptions. If I'm wrong, well I still have to eat. If I'm not, well......
