In my post a few months ago, regarding assembling your own hydroboost brake booster I supplied the following part numbers;

All parts are for 1991 Chevy V3500, 1 Ton Pickup

Master Cylinder, NAPA # 39435 $47.88 Bore 1.3125", Stroke 1.4685"

Hydroboost, NAPA 52-7303 $142.99

The following parts in the past have been purchased from GM/Chevy but now are reported to be no longer available;
Push Rod 377397
Spring P15581525
Spring 4711736
Baffle 360859

Terry, did a great job finding a source for the hydroboost return spring in this post;

A few days ago, before I juiced the brakes on Smokey, I pulled the Master Cylinder to measure the push rod and take a picture. My new GM/Chevy Push Rod measures .375" diameter x 3.445" long with nicely rounded ends to fit the cups on the Master Cylinder and Hydroboost. Now the push rod dimensions are solved and easy to make.

Note in the picture, the 5 finger spring that the Baffle snaps into. The only purpose of this assembly is to center the push rod when you marry the Master Cylinder to the Hydroboost. There is no place/room to use a tool to hold the push rod centered when assembling. This piece is easy to make to center the push rod,
possibly use a plastic cap with a centered hole ?

Hope this helps answer any remaining questions.

Paul
