up and down oscillation when i dive my ffpw cause?

I just got my B4 on the road and immediately noticed two things.

First there is a distinct up and down oscillation as if the wheels arn't round. I did not notice this before i did the overhaul, What could cause this effect? Also, The truck is very difficult to shift in that its hard to find the gears and it classes easily. Cause? I think that the shifter feels sloppy.

Lastly where can I get new bases for my head lights. Mine are cracked and in need of replacement
