I'm not 100% positive, but I think you will find the bolt pattern on the crankshaft flange to be different on the industrial engine. If so, you could change to the automotive crankshaft. Also the flywheel itself may be set up for a drive ring & overcenter clutch instead of a flat plate automotive clutch. The flywheel housing should be an SAE standard #3 which will have 12 3/8 - 16 tapped holes on a 16.875" bolt circle. This will not bolt up. I would think you could use your old housing instead. I have a 230 like this driving a Twin Disc torque converter in a Coleman towing tractor.
