Yes, I did cut the steering column, inner shaft and outer tube. No slip joint, the inner shaft goes right in the Sweet Steering
U Joint. The other side of the Sweet U Joint is splined and mounts to the input shaft of the Saginaw Box. Measure and count the splines on your Box before you order a U Joint from Sweet. Saginaw did not stay constant on input shaft size/spline count.
