Guys:
I spent 2 years working for the City's Water Dept (as a driver), & some of what I saw freaked me. How they used to make do with what was on hand & all. Brick or wood.....
Now Chicaga has that "Deep Tunnel" to prevent flooding. HA! There's more flooding since they started it. What gets me is how a man made section, 20' to 30' ABOVE the real river can cause so much damage.
As of this AM, peoeple are still getting moved out due to water rising. They say by Wed afternoon it'll start going down. The town my wife works in is completely shut down. They won't allow anyone in at all.
