Chunk of crud in needle/seat? Too much pressure?

You might be able to remove the inlet fitting without any disassembly, and check for a chunk of rubber hose in the hole?

Or pinch the fuel hose with pliers, and run the truck until it dies, then un-pinch. The inrushing fuel will flush the chunk out of the inlet, into the bottom of the float bowl, where is can later plug the jet.

Or, myth has it, if you have an electric pump, it may have soooo much pressure that it is overriding the float system, and flooding.
