If the upper tank is cracked it needs a new radiator. This is a very common problem to late model Mopars. The tank is worn and opens up. My Radiator man has tried many time to repair and it just doesnt hold up. He can make up cores but nobody makes replacment tanks. Time for a new one. I have tried and it dosent hold up. It blows when you are out in the back country. I know it happened to me. Replace it. Bill.
