No apology needed, we do agree 99%.
And a $270,000 gross profit on 1,000 acres is pathetic, I was never down on the farmers, just the fuel from food concept.
In SoCal, with land selling at $30 a square foot, an acre would sell for roughly 1.2 million, hardly worth the trouble to farm it....when you can sell one acre for 4 times the profit of 1,000 acres...
