cuba tank, regulator and hose. best low buck approach to get it done. i have an oasis air compressor for the same purpose, mounted in a 50mm ammo can, but it cost approx 900 bucks. i use to power air tools and do general air compressor tasks. it will inflate tires like yours, no problem. for occasional use, the scuba tank is the most cost effective. check the 4wd magazines for commercially available tanks systems. no converter for your truck will run a 120v compressor long unless it is a monster. at that point you could likely buy an oasis.
