How long ago was the rebuild? You could pull the head and check the ridge arount the top of the cylinders, but if you are not blowing smoke and have good comperssion I would'nt worry about it. You can go out to .60 overbore on the cylinders without worry. I've even heard of these engines being sleeved back to standard bore if you get too far out.
