When converting to disk brakes, one should seriously consider a proportion valve. They are available from Summit Racing for $49.

No Cones come with the helitool disk brake kits you will also need Brake Pads and Pins/bolts that retain the pads. And, there is always an 'and'. To get full benifit fromt he disk brakes, you really need to add a power booster either vacuum or hydroboost.

I tried running the carryall with disk brakes and NO power booster. It would stop, but in am emergency, your were in trouble. I added the Hydroboost and now my brakes are equal to any current truck, just no ABS.
