What is a reasonable price to offer for this piece of equipment?

Have a Watson Over/Direct/Under-Drive Transmission manufactured by Brown-Lipe Gear Division, Model 41M1. Rotates freely. Crated for delivery at 149 Lbs. Includes input and output shafts. You pay freight.

would it work under a wm300?
how rare are they (as im not ready to put it in)?
is it possible to change it to a direct/over/doubleover-drive?
