What's the formula for figuring road speed w/4.88 gears.

My W200 has 4.88's and at 55mph I'm 3000 rpm. My tires are 30" (ok, 29.5") from ground to top. They are 9.50-16.5's. Also what's the redline of a '68 318ci motor? I guess it's time to take that remedial math course at the college.
