The truck is a '68 and it does have a dana 44 with lockouts. What trucks can donate dana 60's that will bolt right up? I know the w300 has a dana 70 but those are few and far between out here. I've kept my ears open for a wrecked late model ram w/cummins and 5 speed to donate powertrain and running gear. One thing I like about the 4.88's is the towing capability they provide. I only do 55 mph but I never slow down even going up over 3000" mountian passes! I was planning on using this crewcab (as one of many functions) to tow our WDX to diffrent PW functions around the North West including the Idaho and Rocky Mountian trail rides.
