Any good spring house should be able to look up the specs for M-37 and duplicate the springs. Maybe better than NOS as they may be better Metalurgy in 2006 than the 50's ? I have no idea on Price having duplicate springs made. The ones I had made were very costly, but they were a special design for my application. Nothing like the OEM springs.
As a note; I found the Original Dodge Spring part number on the short bottom leaf. Some serious wire brushing and it could be read.
