Flat m37 springs

I need some front leaf springs. It appears that VPW lists some in their catalog NOS for 100 bucks a spring. Springs don't really wear out unless they are in use right? That seems fair to me for NOS stuff. Any other springs available to buy over the counter? Or have them made?
