Well back to the dealer with the new truck Monday. Glad I told them something was wrong with mine, but after driving the new truck a total of 68 miles the Check Engine light came on (still on) then later on the Door Ajar Light came on and took several miles to go off even after closeing the doors several times. Glad they did there 40 point check/service befor I picked it up! I guess I need to break down and buy one of those tester for the new cars. Seems since I started buying the newer cars with computers and tons of warning lights in them that darn Check Engine light allways goes on for me right after buying it? I just wish that for once a $10,000.00 vehical could go for more than a few miles befor having to go back to the dealer to see what is wrong with it. My Blazer, Bronco, Dodge Van and Dodge Ram all did the same thing right after buying them so now I can add the Ford to the list! This is realy sad. I put my hands up in the air and give up. Mark H.
