230 engine manifolds

Sealant of some sort is recommended on the bolts/studs going into the water jacket.

I put Permetex on the block end and anti-sieze on the nut end after cleaning the threads well (and painting the studs w high temp Al spray paint).

Anybody have a source for the special split manifold nuts?
