Hey guys,
We have been trying to get our PW on antique auto insurance and keep getting declined. First the paint wasn't good enough, so we did a cheap paint job.
Second our driving record has a couple dings.
Third they don't want to insure the PW because we tend to use it a couple times a year for what it was designed for.
They said that if we take it off road then it voids our policy. How are they going to prove it? According to them we can drive it to shows but not off road. We know that some of you are on J.C. Taylor or Hagerty how are you insuring your trucks through them when we see your trucks in pics off road? What other insurance options are their that are inexpensive. We are paying about $85 a month with Progressive and for a whole year with J.C. Taylor it was $86. See the savings?
Any advice would be great.
