Would you let a vehicle sit on your lawn, each year sinking lower into the ground, and not do anything with it? I sure wouldn't. If I wasn't going to use the vehicle, it surely wouldn't be allowed to sit and rot on my property. I would sell it and use the money for something else.

Is the owner lazy for not doing anything with the truck? IMO yes! If you are not goin gto do anything with the truck, get rid of it! There are people out there who will buy what you have no use for, and will make use of it. Also, that piece of history is not going to end its existence as a target for the pidgeons.
