My 2 car garage is a total mess, just like you described. I dont even like to open the doors anymore. Looks like it's time for some spring cleaning for the King of Clutter!
The thing is though, maby they dont want to sell the carryall, because the do actually want to restore it someday. But right now time, finances, or just being too busy with doing the work that pays the bills percludes the owner from getting going on working on it. I think you are jumping the gun by calling the owner "lazy" when as you say, you dont even know them.
There are very few carryalls ever made, and once you sell something like that, you may never find one again, at least one at a 1/2 way reasonable price. Once you sell something it's gone. I learned that the hard way, when I went to buy a truck that I had sold a few years ago. It was almost twice the price, and without the bed or winch that was on it when I sold it.
