Kano Laboratories sells a product that will loosen frozen nuts; its called AeroKroil. The time it takes to break them is proportionate to how badly they are frozen. After sitting on the nut overnight, they should be easy to break. I have broken an 90 year old bench vise I got out of an old farm house with this stuff.
