He did not want to pay for it completely till I signed the title and sent it to him even tho the sale said he had to do this. He asked how can I trust you to get it? He did not finish paying for it till I said I would keep the deposite if he did not do this with in 15 days after the eBay closing. He also told me he would have his lawyer contact me if I did keep his deposit! I sent him a picture of the title showing I had it when he said I am not sure you own it. That is when I told him the sale stated he needed to pay for it first befor I sent the signed title to him. This is when the sale started to break down right in the begining. The only thing I can figure is he wants to back out of the sale and by making it hard for me to get him to pick it up I would give him his money back? Mark H.
