front disc brake conversion

I have a 74 dodge powerwagon, and would like to swap in disc brakes in the front. Does anyone know a good place to get a kit or the parts to do this. I understand that parts from a GM truck can be used to do a swap from the steering knuckles out, and still retain the locking hubs. Any information would be helpful thanks.
