I have done this swap with Chevy parts. It is pretty much a bolt on deal. I used the Dodge knuckles but from there out it was chevy. I had to swap the outer axle shafts cuz the dodge did not have the right grooves for the c-clips in the chevy hubs but I have saw dodge axles with the right grooves. So maybe it won't be a problem for you. I put a proportioning valve in for the rear brakes. The brakes work really well but my pedal doesen't feel right. I'm using the 74 master cyl but I suspect that I need a little bigger one. But a master cyl swap is pretty low on my priority list because the truck (74 W200) Stops great. One more thing the lug bolts are bigger on the Chevy So they are not going to match the rear. I have the right studs to convert my rear end (dana 60) to match the Chevy front but I haven't swaped them yet. If you have any more questions post them here. My email is down right now.
