I can't see much up inside of the inspection cover hole, I will try to figure out if the arm has come loose somehow, is it also possible that the pressure plate is not working properly?? Because the clutch pedal is super stiff, more so than when I started driving the truck with the new clutch from the engine rebuild.

Also what do you mean by clutch diaphragm, and backing plate on the flywheel? I thought the flywheel was just one big machined piece or is it two??
