64 wm300 door alignment

I have just purchased a 64wm 300 and have noticed the crease in the door below the window does not match the cab lines. The problem is worse on the drivers side than the passenger, but all the rest of the door seems to be alighned perfectly. Is this a common problem?, possibly from the factory. I cant figure out how I would adjust that.Any advice???
