Keep the 9.25, or modify the 70 dullie

I currently have a 9.25 rear on my 77 W-100 with 5 on 4.5" bolt pattern and large 11x3" brakes. Should I keep this or put in the dana 70 dullie I found? Or should I just modify this axle to 5 on 5.5" bolt pattern? So which way should I go and how do I do it? Any help would be great. Thanks Garrett
