lettme make this clear from the beggining... I DONT OWN A PW but axle beef is universal.
The dana 70 is a dual wheel rear axle and youll have to use spacers or something of the sort to make it have the same mounting position... therefore you will be moving the centerpoint of the mounting area and in affect making the axle weaker...
if i were you... id just biuld up the 9.25... full floater and 35 spline shafts (maybe a 5 on 5.5 conversion)... this should net you the same strength of the 35 spline Dana 70 without using wheel spacers...
