We've got a machine here that will write it's own program. Enter the dimensions of the rough forging and the finish dimensions you want and hit the start button. Wala! A finished part. The machine decides what tool to use and how much material gets removed. Even tells you when an insert breaks and waits not so patiently for you to change it.
