hehehe usually you'll have to go nuts with the wire brush. At least I did even with directions from helpfull people from the forum... here is an image in case you find something similar.. its located in the driver's side frame above the wheel just below the battery tray (as you can see the battery acid erased some of my Vin). Try to find if your frame has that hole..
