Just what I was looking for, a pic of the exact location. I was so excited that I went right out and wire brushed some more. I can make out all but 2 of the numbers but with a little imagination :) they look like the right numbers, 83947680.
That location on my frame originally had a bracket attached to it for a snowplow so it's a little scarred up.
