you probably replaced components you did not need to replace
need to get to square one and then
first test with multi meter and see what is happening
does the cranking motor turn over ??
and if so at the normal rate ??
does it just crank and not start ?
check ballest resistor
what did you fiddle with when you fiddled with the wires
