They are (at least the one i go to for work)
the most professional passenger tire
(chain operation) i have seen and i should know as an old tire man
they have always been very professional
have ALWAYS a used torque wrench on my alloy wheels when i have purchased tires or had tire repairs and they never charged for repair (give tip to tireman) even if i had not purchased the tire from them
"things happen" at least no one was hurt
it could have been a lot worse - give them a chance to make it right

ps I have never "rotated" tires on any car or
truck - waste of time and money even if it is free its you time.
leave the tires where they are and replace them when required.
