who's being mean?? i though i was being very nice about it. they've been good to me in the past(much better than most tire shops) but the fact remains, my truck is smashed. i know we'll get it worked out, but, still the guy should have been paying attention! he admitted to me that he wasn't! i'm not mad about it or anything, just a little inconveinienced, and am getting the runaround from the shop about it. i feel the insurance adjuster is trying to lowball me(OF COURSE!) anyway, just wanted to let you know, i understand they maybe had a bad day, but....................still, etc.
