Message:   Someone here posted, a while back, a list of which companies import oil from Arabia and which ones use domestic, North Sea or North and South American oil. Importers of Arabian oil would be a good place to start, decreasing dependency on middle eastern oil would immediately see a world wide lowering of the price per barrel. The frogs and the chinese can only buy so much, the USA still drives world wide demand. With lowered demand in the middle east Iran and Saudi would soon start a price war to capture and maintain market share, it would be fun to watch. In the 70's after the "oil embargo", the middle east was awash with oil and their bank accounts suffered, they began a 25 year effort to under cut each other with lower prices. When Iraqi oil production gets back to normal there will be fierce competition to attract American Buyers.
