I think you have the perfect rig for trail riding. Heres what I carry: Winch or 8000lb come along, highlift jack, bottle jack, complete tool kit with spindle nut socket and other specialty tools needed for your truck, two 10-14 foot chains, tow strap, snatch block, one foot square 1" piece of plywood for under high lift jack (without it the jack just sinks into the ground), tire iron, three foot piece of axle shaft sharpened on one end (for hooking the winch cable to since some areas I go to don't have trees), axe, shovel, hammer, gloves, flashlight, first aid kit, water, several MREs, paper towels, sleeping bag, blanket, tarp, map, compass, overalls, matches, rags, fire extinguisher, I carry all this all the time behind the seat and in large ammo box I mounted on the fender inside the engine compartment opposite the battery. For each trip I put in plastic storage boxes and coolers with food, beverages, tents, etc. Happy Trails.
