The cab top bracket screw alignment is the hardest part. It also helps a lot to have an assistant to line everything up.
What I did is I got 2 extra screws and sharpened one end to a point, then placed them in the 2 cab top brackets. When I got the headliner lined up I pressed it against the screws, thus making a mark for me at exactly the right spot. Then did the final install.
