The 1951-53 Chrysler Windsor came with either a E9A1 or E9C1 CARB, same as DeSoto. The E2T2 may be from a truck. The difference between a 251 and 265 is 1/4 longer stroke, use your 251 setup. If the 265 intake has larger tubes, then I would use it, else go with the 251 intake. Image of a E9A1 at link.
