Keep looking. They are out there. I have found several rear PTOS. You don't need the belt driven governor on the engine unless you are going to use the belt drive. You can use equipment like a brush hog without them. Finding the governor and belt drive are harder. I found a truck with the rear PTO and the governor at an auction when I was just getting into my Power Wagon obsession but let my brother talk me out of buying it. Ric Tudor got it for $700. Figured another would come along but no luck.
