The fog has lifted, and I can see clearly now that the extra pulley was on the fan side [outside] of the water pump pulley, not on the engine block side [inside]. It is a heavy cast pulley, not a stamped steel one, and might have been drilled for balance. From memory again, the diameter is slightly greater than the water pump pulley. If your second pulley is cast, you have one very nice Power Wagon there!
