My wife Diane and I drove up to the Rehab Hospital in Baltimore today and visited Wayne H.
Wayne is doing great. IT is truly a miracle he is alive and recuperating at a fairly fast pace.
He is trying to rebuild his strength in his arms and legs, and has had to relearn how to walk. Recently he was able to start eating solid food again.
He showed me a CT image of his face and he has about 6 or 8 small bone plates on his facial bones, and he has healed from that. Hopefully he will get the neck collar off soon.
He is hoping to go home around September 10th.
His wife has been a great support for him all during this time.
He is thankful of all the kind words, thoughts and prayers he has received including from the PW family.
