It looks like weld in an inner ring that has a bolt circle, then bolt on an outer ring. I suspect the outer ring is larger than the stick wheel flange, so the tire can not come off the outside of the rim when flat. Merely a larger diameter outer flange, no real bead lock involved that they mention.
Anybody know different?
