All my NV-4500's were missing the speedo pulse Gen. Rather than look for one, I simply went with the VDO hall effect.
If the NV-4500 stock pulse gen delivers intelligence that the VDO or other Speedo Heads can use, it may work ? I have no idea what system (intelligence) is used on the stock NV-4500 units.
