I just recently completed a sucessfull power steering conversion and approx. 6" suspension lift to a 77 M880 my question is:
will 1 or 2 steering stablizers help the "play" in my steering wheel and or also the occasional "drift" I experience? or at least reduce the effects?

2nd: when i replace the stock shocks, should i go approx. 2-4" longer than stock do to the lift? and since they compress can i go too long?
also whats a good beefy gas shock to use?(idustrial/truck/bus). none of those pretty red and white $75 dollar RANCHOs. i'm not spending $350 on shocks.
thanks for any help/comments.
