I think if a vehicle is pre '68 it's legal. That Manny Rogers is importing scads of WCs from Norway without any apparent problems. On the other hand, a vehicle I'd REALLY like to have a new Landcruiser HJ75 diesel Troopcarrier; it would be a capital crime to sneak one into the country.
